How much EO and FO to add to CP soap

If I want a strong smell in my soap how much % of EO and FO should I put in my soap. I know citrus fades in EO but I've been putting 5% and after a couple of months of cure I can hardly smell the EO,s. do you all think its a waste of time going to the expense of using EO in soap and just go with FO?

I think to get a good scent from eo you need to anchor it with a base note oil. Also when using the soap the eo will be released as and when used. Hope this helps

Ok thanks ill try the soap. It's just people always pick up the soap to smell so I want something strong and lasting.

What is the difference between puting the EO in trace or in oils?

I use only Fos and use 1 oz per pound of oils.
