How do you figure out % of fragrance in test samples?

I have been doing 1/2 milliliter per 1/2 oz melt & pour for my testing. I think they was consistent with Brambleberry's suggestions for strong scent when using their fragrances.

I now have a fragrance that says I can used up to 6.8%, but I have no idea what that would be since I'm using 1/2 oz samples of soap for my testing. Does anyone have a formula they use?

You are doing very small quantities, so I'd change your ounces to grams which is 14.175 grms and you would need 6.8% of that, going by the calculator online, it works out to be 0.963900000. If I'm wrong please correct me.
