How do I make large bath bomb batches?

So trying to get faster at producing bath bombs. I have built my own press, and have 3d printed some molds, now I'm wondering how people go about making bigger batches of material and getting done before it dries out? Or will pressing the materials together solve that problem on its own? Just don't want to mix 10 pounds of material and then have it all dry out before I use it.
