...and will be here Thursday morning. I can't wait, but I will miss Houdini in his tank sitting on my desk. He comes out to visit me most of the day. Now he will be going into a bigger tank in my living room.
My new Angularius Gold Dusk as far as my granddaughter Autumn tells me is "broken." She says this because the darn Lizzy stays in hiding all the time. I see it come out between 9 pm to 12 am or once in a while, I see it's tail returning into the hidey tube he/she likes. Will post pics when she gets here.

Is there a slow introduction necessary? Any chance that they will try to murder one another rather than accept sharing a tank in peace?

I will have to keep a close eye on them. Houdini is the one I worry about. The girl has been with a boy and did fine. So it is even possible she could already be gravid so I have to even watch for eggs. The tank is large enough with lots of hiding places. With these guys, slow introductions are hard because they are so darned hard to catch and their skin can be damaged very easily when handled. I am going to the pet store today to pick up a couple of fishnets just in case.

Many years ago I did have a Jackson female Cham murder her partner in the middle of the night after being together for several years. You just never know. I wanted to drown that girl but I did not, she lived to a ripe old age alone.

It is surprising that she killed him after being together for years.
Hopefully this introduction goes well and they adjust to one another quickly.

Hope all goes well with the introductions!! I look forward to pics and hearing how they get along :) We have cats and dogs, but recently my daughter got a Tomato Frog. This is my first "non traditional" pet. Has been interesting! He/she stays in hiding most of the time. It is my daughter's responsibility to handle the crickets at feeding time lol!

She is here and they are in their new home. Houdini is hiding well. My new girl is hard to see but she is on the right side wall near the black cord in the moss.
