Hot process doesnt harden after 24 hours

Hi, I made my first hot process soap. After 24 hours sitting it is still a gel like substance. I am wondering if I pulled it off the crock pot too soon and if recooking could help. It definitely hit mashed potato stage and then gel, but maybe it wasn't completely gelled? Maybe I need to wait longer? This is my first time, so I'm a little lost here. I followed the recipe exact. Here it is: 1lb beef tallow, 1lb coconut oil, .76 lb water, .434lb lye (KOH)
6 min to trace, 2 hr cook time, one volcano shortly after trace and a few minutes w lid off to clean up. If it doesnt harden, does this mean it's not completely sapponified? Thank you for allowing me to post! I appreciate this cite!

you used KOH, thats the wrong lye for solid soap. you need NaOH. you basically made a liquid soap paste but id take your ingredients and run it thru a soap calculator and see if you can finish it off as a liquid soap
