Hot Cocoa FO with powdered GM

Here are a couple of pics of my CP with powdered GM and Hot Cocoa FO. I did a fragrance-free swirl (because the FO discolors) in the pot and added the powdered GM mixed in a little oil at trace. I'm hoping it continues to darken up, it's only been three days. One thing I did notice, some bars have darks spots that I thought were DOS but it's in the exact same place on several bars so I think it may have been something when I sliced becauase of the serrated blade? I don't know. :roll:

I had a batch like that with weird spots on it, it was Sea Salt Caramel scented... Never figured out what the spots were but they appeared right away and don't have any weird odor so I knew it wasn't DOS. Still don't know why it happened though.
