How much honey should I ad to soap?

Slightly less than sugar, IMHO. But honey overheats worse than sugar, so caution is advised.

I use one dollop (about a tablespoon) PPO.

I use about 1/2 ounce PPO. I dissolve it in a little warmed water, reserved from the water for the lye solution.
