Honey Powder uses

I found these online. Anyone tried them? I've been wanting to get honey powder for baking, but these sound really good too!


Honey Dust
Mix 1/4 cup cornstarch with powdered honey to taste , Sift.


Edible Honey Dusting Powder
1 cup cornstarch
1 tb. vanilla powder
1 tb. honey powder
1 tsp. honey
Mix with a fork until finely powdered. Sift.


Edible Body Powder
8 oz. cornstarch
2 oz. honey powder
2 oz. vanilla powder
Mix well and sift.

sounds good to me...i thought honey powder was just some elusive ingredient exclusive to "kama sutra" products. imagine my surprise when i found a regular person could get some too!! the recipes sound great.

I use Honey Powder in quite a few of my recipes. It's lovely to use...and easy. I purchased a large quantity to have on hand.
