Now my aim here is not to bash and will not name this supplier but would love to know what others would do............I have been buying from a supplier of fo on and off for about five years now and the other day I noticed that I was charged 15.95 over and above actual shipping charges for my last order. Now I know that it is difficult sometimes to calculate rates especially to overseas and have other suppliers who will refund difference charged. Well this order came in about a month back and no sign of a refund so I thought I might email and just make inquiries about the charge. I got an email back no hello just this ' we have been super busy with our back to back sales and I am sorry to say I simply have not had time to go in and make adjustments to the orders. I plan on doing it this weekend.' no nothings just this written................Well that was a fortnight ago and now I am just plain peeved and will not use this supplier again. sorry for the vent but I refund any difference of a dollar or above back to anyone who purchases from me and at least sign my name.......I think I am peeved too because it is not as though this was my first ever order!!!!!!! five years I have been purchasing from here and have never before checked the postal slips!!!!!
Anyways nice to be posting I have been super duper busy of late and hope everyone else is busy busy too :0) .............Lyn

I was looking for 5 cases of some glass jars a few weeks ago. I first went to a well known supplier and they had shipping to me at $144. I called them and asked why so much and they said "those are heavy jars, they weigh 22 lbs a case." I told them that 22 lbs is not right that they are much lighter. They offered a custom shipping quote and I said yes please. They never called back. I purchased my 5 cases from a company in Texas which is twice as far away and shipping was $27. I then weighed one case and it weighs 8lb 6oz. The first company has lost a customer.

Oh I'd be pissed also! That's one of my pet peeves. If I get an email from a company and they don't take the time to address me and sign their name...that really ticks me off!

(AND HI, LYN!!!!)

It's so unfortunate when companies hire individuals who take it upon themselves to treat customers badly. While everyone understands company policies, rules and all that, there are things and issues that can be solved and/or at least aknowleged and if they can't be solved immediatly, perhaps a discount on a future order can be given.

To find a customer service rep who will go the distance makes a world of difference. Just hope you don't get the one who's in a bad mood that day...

My email to them was friendly and I would have accepted a discount to the nature of the overcharge on my next order but clearly they were not going to address it so I am over it............wasn't one of my have to have suppliers anyway :0) just peeved that they couldn't even address me in the reply email how rude LOL!!!! Anyways I am over it and on with it :0)
Hey Amanda NICE to see ya :0)
