:wave: Hi there! I'm an American living in the land of Kiwis.. I have been playing around with soap making for over a year but have done very little of it. I only recently got over my fear of soap/lye calculators in the last few months and started making batches that actually turned out the way i had hoped. Its been a back seat hobbie until now. i make it because im not only hooked but we use it. alot.
There is limited amounts of trouble shooting in my books and I have absolutely no one to talk to about it (and my husband is over it already!) in real life.

So here i am. I hope i can navigate myself through the site enough to not annoy people and actually learn something from real life soapers!

This is an exceptional bunch of folks. Just so very nice and helpful. My search using the search function on here is not so hot, but Google will bring up links to here wonderfully. If you can't find an answer, just ask. Someone will be glad to give you an answer. And we have the amazing DeeAnna who can actually bring scientific formulae and information down to a level even I can comprehend. She is just an awesome teacher.
