Hi all! My name is Julie and (no lie) three weeks ago I wasn't doing ANY of this type of stuff. I bought a few things off of a popular website and then I wondred if I could make some stuff. Hmmm, think I'll start with massage oils, oh wait, here's a recipe for lotion, well, look at this soap, wow! homemade laundry powder, bath bombs, what do you know, hey, how about some lip balms? It goes on and on. I'm a maniac making this, that, and the other.
My dh isn't quite sure what to make of all of this. It's totally out of character for not-so-crafty me.
I'm having a ball though and finding out that I CAN make bath and body items. I can spend hours and hours and hours researching on the 'net and then getting the supplies and trying it out. Of course it's trial and error but websites like this help A LOT!

Oh, I'm a 43 year old homeschooling mom, married for 23+ years with three kids, two grown and one 11 year old ds. Two puppy dogs.
