I am not really new,bud I forgot my username haha
I soaped a bit a few years ago,bud wasn't really happy with my results and my mom didn't like me taking over her kitchen :p
Now I live on my own for a while and starting again

So I am angelique,33 and from the Netherlands
I work at a dry cleaning store and love creating
I draw a bit (mixed media portraits) and also love sports (running, climbing and more) and a big animal lover
I wish I had a cat bud for now I have guinea pigs and two bunny's

Greetings :)

Welcome, Angelique! Again ... ;)

I'm fairly new here as well and learning a LOT from so many experienced and generous soapers. I began making soap when I still lived in the States, where I had very little room and no ventilation. No pets either.

Now I'm living in a semi-tropical country with 4 (FOUR!) cats, 2 are adults and 2 elderly. I have LOTS of room and ventilation because I can soap outside! Just a joy!
Enjoy your soaping adventure and I hope you share what you create with us!!

Happy soaping!
Jessie

Hihi I just passed by Zwolle today on my way back to Belgium after visiting my parents in Friesland :)
It's great to hear from other soapers in this area! There are so few people who know the joy of making your own soap in our little corner of the globe :p

In the south of Friesland, very close to the border with the province Overijssel. I grew up in a tiny village with about 400 people and 800 cows, but I went to school in Wolvega, which is the closest bigger village that you might have heard of;) The Frizian side of my family is mainly from Heech and Sneek(/Snits), which is about 30km from our place. Where's your family from? :)

My father was from Garijp and my mother from Bergum. I have cousins all around that area.

Thanks for sharing. So cute! The blond is a stunner. Sorry she passed. Just lost my 12 yr old Holland lop a couple weeks ago. He was suppose to be a female but matured into a male too. Guess they are tricky that way.
