Hey guys,

i'm Sarah and i come from Germany, close to cologne.
I make soap since one year and already produces kilograms of soap. I've made 55 soaps yet. Also i produce cosmetic products by my own, all these soaps and products you can see on my blog "Die Selbstrührerei" - im sure you can't speak out that word  .

Making soap is my greatest passion, i'm really addictet to that!

This is e.g. a strawberry soap made in the divider:

And beside soap i love my little dwarf hamsters:

Greetings,

your Sarah

Very pretty. Welcome to our group. I visited Hamburg in 2006. We loved the area there.
What does die-selbstruehrerei mean in English?

Welcome! Love to meet all the soapers around the world addicted to soapmaking

Welcome to the forum! Your strawberry soap is beautiful :) I like your hamster also, it is very cute!

Thank you all!

Uff... Die Selbstrührerei in English, that's not easy to translate. It means something like "producing cosmetics by your own". Rühren means stirring and you also stirr a cream when you produce it.

Willkommen im Forum!

I'm sorry if the above sentence is incorrect. It's been years since I've written or read German. However, the pictures on your blog are beautiful! All of your soap is gorgeous but I especially liked the the Secret Swirl and the Peacock Swirl.

Welcome! My sister was born in Germany when my dad was stationed there in the Air Force—in Bitburg. My uncle was stationed in Germany all over the place, too. His wife was German, and it was my cousin's first language.
