My name is Kelly and I just joined your forum a couple days ago. I've really enjoyed (and learned a lot) from reading through prior topics.

I'm new to soaping but have a bunch of crafty hobbies like knitting and quilting.

Welcome, Kelly! Love your part of the world...so beautiful. I quilt, too, although I haven't taken a stitch in the last year or so. A friend of mine used to say I quilted because I had to make order out of chaos. I still have an album quilt on the frame I need to get back to. Are you working on anything now?

Album quilts are beautiful Nana! Right now I have the fabric for a simple shadowbox waiting in the wings. I'm in the midst of trying to finish knitting some holiday gifts- two shawls are finished and a pair of socks, a hat and another shawl are in the works. And less than two weeks left! :shock:
