i would want to make a soap with coconut, palm, sunflower, rice bran and castor oils. can anyone tell the best percentage of each oils to make a hard as well as moisturizing soaps.

The best percentage? Everyone will tell you the best percentage and almost everyone will have a different answer!

A good starting point is

15% Coconut
35% Palm
30% Rice Bran
15% Sunflower
5% Castor

I'd superfat at 5% to start with

Run that through a lye calculator to see how much lye you need

No, no, no.... MY recipe has the best percentage! LOL

Actually.... That's a pretty nice recipe... :) I'd love to sub lard for the palm though, nicer on the skin in my opinion, and makes a very nice hard bar.
 
Coconut 15%
Castor 8%
Sunflower 10%
Rice 20%
Palm 47% (or beter lard instead of palm)
Superfat 7%
