help! omh by wsp

I have some and tried a test of the scent back on my first soaps. It turned dark and looked terrible, but it was my first batch. So if any of you have soaped wsp omh, can you either describe the color change, any A or R problems, and I'd LOVE some pics if you got them. Thx!

I love it, that's the one I use and it is a favorite of everyone that tries it.

Yes, it will discolor to a tan color, as will any FO with vanillin. You can try using some titanium dioxide, that usually keeps mine a creamy color.

Thx. I used it as a blend with saffron honey bb my second soap over 2 months ago and it discolored a pretty tan with TD....but as a single round soap fo experiment it turned dark weird brown. Wasn't sure of the blend helped or what.

I'm beginning to think the first single round had too much fo in it and my second batch was more indicative of color.

I attached a pic of my OMH from WSP. The towel is cream colored. The middle is unscented but has oatmeal added. For me it goes a really pretty creamy tan color. My only complaint is that it always gets ash! No matter what I do to prevent it lol. No A for me. I make GM soap.

Mine is very similar to above. Light tan and made with 100% goat's milk, added baby oatmeal, and a little honey at trace.

My turned out little lighter than this. I used CM and gelled the whole soap.
I don' mind it actually, colour goes with all oat and honey theme.

Forgot to add: no A or R problems, soaped beautifully, no ash at all, but I drown tops my soaps in alcohol after pouring.

One of my kiddos saw GM OMH shampoo in the shower of the ole in laws, so I figured they'd like a good GM omh soap....and I have wsp or bb omh cybilla. I mixed the bb cybilla with bb mahogany and its nauseating. My mom says it smells rich, but I can't stand it. So I am unsure about omh cybilla alone (many complain it cures to a cookie dough or play dough). I need these in 6 weeks, and I think they'll like the wsp better.

I use OMH from BB and it discolors to a much lighter tan and smells great.

Thx obsidian. I may get some bb omh after I use this up. The bb cybilla omh is iffy, and most cybilla bb fo I have not liked at all (except for the yuzu).

I have only used WSP and BB's OMH and I prefer BB's as well. I attached a comparison, left is WSP, right BB. I am sure the honey caused part of the discoloring though if that helps. Also used coconut milk in BB and goat's milk in the WSP.

I really prefer BB's fragrance though.
