Help, Oil in scrub seperating :(

Hi Lovelies,
I was wondering if you could help me please. I made a scrub the other day with jojoba oil, sugar, dead sea salt, liquid colourant and scent oil. But the oil and the rest of the ingredients has seperated and now doesn't look very nice. I was wondering if there anyway to keep all ingredients as one scrub. It is natural for the oil to come to the top if you don't use an emulsifier. You can either use a little melted M&P soap or you can use e-wax as an emulsifier.

I just have a quick question. how much melt and pour soap would i use for this recipe: (as i don't want it to be solid)

100g sugar
50g jojoba oil
1ml scent oil
few drops of colourant
