Hello everyone! I am really new to the soap making community! So new that my supplies haven't even arrived yet! I ordered a melt & pour goats milk. I have been making candles for 4 years now and have decided to venture into the B & B products. Does anyone have any pointers, tips or suppliers that they would recommend?

I love the site, just came across it today and have loved what I've found so far. There is a lot of information to take in.

Welcome to the forum! :D

Where did you order your supplies from? If you scroll down the SMF forum index page, there is a section called "Shopping Recommendations". You'll find a lot of info there.

There's a Recipes & Tutorials section which would give you a starting point for making your own products. You may have already seen the SMF tutorials site but if not, here's the link to it.

Thanks for the welcome everyone!

I ordered (but will never again) from Midwest candle supply formerly Gel illuminations. The have messed up my last 2 orders and have waited 4 days to ship it out.

Thanks so much for the link!
