Has anyone here made homemade cheese?

I do have too much time on my hands because last night I came across websites and videos about making cheese from a gallon of milk. I was wondering if anyone on here makes cheese regularly

I don't do it regularly as I have developed an allergy to an enzyme in milk. But I did it years ago and it was really good stuff! If you have the time- and the milk- I'd say go for it!

Thank you I was just too intrigued by it to not try it. So after I made soap yesterday I made cheese.

I've made yogurt and a cream-cheese style cheese, from goat's milk. They were both very good. My cheese making is on hold right now, as my doe's are dry.
