Hard Water Issues

To my knowledge all MP is made with sodium hydroxide. Some with surfecants and additives. I'd like to see a link to one that's not made with lye.

I do not have time to spare to look for a link to anything. I do know the FDA does not classify some melt and pour, as soap. Because it has more detergents and non soap components, so its classified as a cosmetic not soap. But my OP had nothing to do with melt and pour. It was simply asking about my hard water and additives

I’m aware that most aren’t considered soap but they are still made with lye. It’s all the other stuff that makes them a cosmetic. Including added surfactants. They still have lye in them.
