Can you post a picture? I too have a crumbly batch today when I cut it & I assumed it was due to adding citric acid but was also curious if it was due to too long to cut. I created a thread inquiring. . The top bar had no CA same recipe. Bottom bars cut less than 24 hours but don’t know time I finished batch.
