For those of you who may not know, St. Florian is the patron saint of Poland. He's also the patron saint of firefighters, beer brewers......and soap boilers!!! So on his day, I always like to remember him by making a batch of Polish beer soap, without starting a fire, just so I have all the bases covered. lol :-D
