Handmilled Help Please!!

For the first time I have had a hand-milled batch not turn out. It will not harden in the mold after 24hrs. Any ideas?

It really depends on what the original recipe was. It also depends how old the soap was, if you added any water and or oil.

you could try adding some palm oil to it. Lessen the amount of water you put into it.

Maybe too much liquid. Anymore oil will only make it softer.
