Just want to thank everyone past and present for all the information I've gleaned over the last couple of days thanks to this website and the collective experiences of all involved.I've been soaping for the last 10 weeks and admit to a level of addiction with this! With that said, I was having difficulty with all my soaps becoming non pourable within the blink of an eye.Thanks to what I read yesterday, I added my hot lye solution directly to my hard oils, melted them and then added my soft oils with fragrance.I do admit to easing up on the SB and using the spatula more....the savings in time is incredible and the ease of pouring as opposed to scooping was great...how my in the pot swirl will work out is a non issue...I'm just so pleased at how this technique worked! Thank you!
