This wasn't my favorite batch because of the trouble I had with batching it. However, I think it turned out to be the best "worst" swirl. I probably couldnt reproduce this if I tried.

Jen those swirls are beautiful and whispy! Is that the green tea soap you had trouble with the other day? Wow, you would never know it gave you grief.
Those swirls are perfect! and I love the size of your bars.

LJA,

Green tea and actually a little cucumber liquid were the liquids. The main color is purely from the green tea (I added the cuke after lye solution went into the oils) and the white swirls were my feeble attempt to use a premixed titanium oxide that didn't want to incorporate into the batter.

This was one of the most difficult batches I have done just because I had to work to fast.

Looks like something took my pic away...damn gremlins!

Here is the cut pic again:

Those are the prettiest swirls I've seen to date. Honestly. They are awesome. Exactly what do I have to do to get that effect?

You have to do it when your batter and your premixed ***. dioxide are feuding. I honestly don't know if it was the tea making me have to work so fast or the ***. dioxide not wanting to play with the batter. I had all I could do to get these to take effect. Sometimes the best art comes from accidents.
