Looking for an incredibly mild bodywash type LS here, and am going to
try the following unless someone jumps in quick to tell me it would be a
huge mistake:

Olive Oil - 16 oz
Avocado Oil - 4 oz
Almond Oil - 4 oz
Castor Oil - 2 oz

Ran it through SBM and Soapcalc with 2% superfat (for no particular reason).
Soapcalc says 0 cleansing and 82 conditioning...this may be shampoo in disguise?

Stop me now or wish me luck!

Update since no one stopped me:

7 hours later - I HAVE BODY WASH
Actually, I'm not sure if it's body- or car- wash yet, but it's crystal clear and feels quite mild so far

29 ounces of soap paste cooled & put away for now
10 ounces of soap paste diluted down with 30 ounces of water and 5 ounces of glycerin added at the end
...and now the waiting begins

Oh great and mighty mods of renown, should I have put this in the liquid soap
forum instead of recipe feedback?

I have no knowledge of LS, but it sounds amazing. let us know when the sequestering is doe how it is. :D

How are the bubbles without the coconut oil? I have been fiddling around with my own LS recipe and really want a nice amount of bubbles.

It's true Cherry Bomb, I didn't want to be stopped...just warned if the
recipe had a major flaw I didn't see.
Meanwhile, it's only been 5 days, but of course I couldn't wait...and...
it's pretty skimpy in the lather dept, but it sure does feel mild!
Just washed my hands a couple times with it and they feel great!
Not dry, not harsh, and best of all: No Lye Burn From Not Waiting Long Enough like
that one time with the cp soap that didn't gel - But I don't like to talk about that...

( yes I mean this in jest and good fun here )

LOL, Smee, You crack me up! :) I have plans for liquid soap eventually, but I of course had just bought a huge container of soft soap for the bathroom before I decided I was going to start making soap, and I can't just get rid of it. I will get to liquid soap after I have room for it though :)
