Goats Milk Lotion-Help

Hello,
I know this is a soap board but everyone is so helpful that I thought maybe someone would have a response. I have a favorite cream recipe and wanted to incorporate goats milk. Is there an easy way to do this. I do put 8 oz of water Can i put 4 oz of water and 4 oz of goats milk instead?
And for the preservative since it' milk I have tinosan and was wondering if anyone uses this in their lotions. If so how much?

Yes, but you only gave it three hours! This is a busy little board, but when you ask a specialized question the people in the know may not be on at the moment - I'm on quite often, but I don't work with goats milk and my knowledge of lotion is limited so I didn't answer.

That is fine-- i did receive my response. i did post on both boards hoping for an answer and i did get the most on the soap board. I knew I would. Yes I gave it 3 hours because I was in the middle of getting my stuff together to make it. So hoping for a quick answer hopped over to the soap board.
I will make sure to post in a proper place in the future.
