I have tried to make GM soap. I cool the milk in the freezer and then slowly add the lye while stirring. The fat coagulates and forms white clumps in soap. How can I avoid this?

Hi, welcome to our forum! 8)

You don't have to add your GM to your lye!!! I have not did that in over 2 years now. I use a 50% lye solution made with aloe vera juice, and add goat milk, fresh, with powdered added to it, at emulsification/light trace. I never have any problems. I use room temperature goat milk. It is so simple once you understand the process. I have never, ever made a batch of soap in my 4+ years making soap, that was NOT made using goat milk! I am a GM soapier! :D
