For those of you that have sweating bars, how long do they tend to sweat for? I just found some that are 3 years old and they are sweating again too.

Weird, at 3 years old. I've yet to come across a sweating batch, so I can't help you. But good luck with getting answers.

I think i may have answered my own question. The glycerin seems to be reabsorbing completely as the humidity drops, so might i be right in assuming that this will continue indefinitely?

My salt bars sweat, than after they have dried they have a white powdery coating. I assume is dissolved salt. No trouble with the regular bars, yet. I was considering packaging my bars in paper, but I began wondering what effect sweating would have on my wrapper....?

I have been in the same quandry. I don't want the paper absorbing the glycerin. I wonder if waxed paper would be good...
