Glycerin soap cheap recipe wanted

Hello , i have herbs and soap store in my country, we sell glycerin clear soap bars(1kgm bar) i dont make it my own , i buy it and resell it people buy it from me to melt and pour so they add there flavor and colors and also resell it , recently I decided to make it my own, I tried alot , finally I managed to make it but not so clear!! But the biggest problem is the cost , when i buy the 1kgm bar i buy it for about 3$/bar when I tried to make it it cost me 2.5$ so it doesn’t deserve the making, i want a good cheap recipe that makes a bar like the photo I attached here,
FYI: my recipe that costs me had the following material:
Coconut oil
Glycerin
Castic soda
Water
Sugar
Water
Alcohol
Cetric acid

I want cheapest material specially coconut oil alternative because it is expensive, and i dont want to use tallow or lards or palm oil

If anyone know a good recipe for a bar like this please tell me

I did the math a year or so ago and for me (unless I buy in extreme bulk) it is just as expensive to make as buy. To save money I stopped buying the 2 pound blocks and went over to buying 25 pound blocks. Much cheaper per pound for me even with the increase in shipping. Your mileage may vary.
