Tried a very basic recipe last night to try a column pour and it went great until I tried a longer CPOP which I had just told someone I never do for this very reason. Not sure what I was thinking since CPOP was fine the way I had it. :/
Had it at 170 as normal but went 20 min with it on. Turned off
And went to bed and was perfect still. This am I found this.
The underside is solid but there is a layer of oil on top. Is it possibly fragrance? There is a good amount I can pour off. Also there are some solid clear bubbles.
I'm worries its oil and will now be lye heavy. I can salvage some outer pieces but the inner is kinda odd looking now.
I didn't insulate at all.. No top.. Very thin plastic drawer used.
Recipe basic and FO has no known heat issues.
