FYI, BCN does not answer Emails...

So I placed a $100 order with BCN the other week. Right after I hit send I see that you can get 1 oz bottles free depending on what you order. I qualified for 6, these are of a particular new scent. I shoot of an email to ask if they can still put them in and that the little button on check out to see any specials I qualified for did Not list these. Their 'online chat/help" seemed to be off line always.
Nothing, sent out another email 2 days later just to see if anyone would answer... nope. Still didn't hear anything even to this day days after it arrived with out the bottles. Bad form.

And before you say that I should have CALLED, yes I COULD have. I have CRAPPY reception on my cell phone here at my house. I would have had to have got in my car and drove to get a good spot to call, plus write down everything before I went.
I have had Such BAD Luck when talking to companies the past 2 weeks.
I seem to get the person who either Didn't read the email or they just want to cancel what ever the question was.

So if you want an answer by Email, I don't think you will get it.

No excuse that this is a busy time of year. It is a business and that is not acceptable to me. NG returns Emails like nothing !
 
Oh, that's irritating. I'm still new enough at this that I haven't yet had too many experiences like that when I buy my soap stuff, but I'd commonly have issues ordering things for another hobby. Nothing like spending 30 bucks on shipping for a few tiny orchid seedlings from the West Coast only to find when the order arrived that two were out of stock and you were never notified. It still burns...and yes, I should probably move on. LOL

The problem of poor customer service is rampant, sadly. Makes one appreciate companies that do things the right way all the more. I hope you call them to register your complaint. You are right--there aren't any excuses for this kind of "service."
 
I have to update this, wish I could edit the original post, I just got the samples.

I still have not had any email about it or that it was on it's way.
Date sent says 10-30-18 so they sent it about a week after the order.

I am grateful they sent them and it does show that the Read their emails at some point. Still would take away a Star for lack of communication.
 
I'm glad you finally got them But totally get it on the communication and. I bought some bags from a lady on the D stash site and when I opened them they ripped at the design impression of the bag and every bag was like that and they were totally unusable so I sent her a message and heard nothing back and a week later I got a link to review my purchase so I replied to that email to again tell her what happened so that I wouldn't put a bed review on her site and heard nothing
 
Wow that stinks ! At least I got what I paid for and they should be good. But to get a product you can't use... no
