Made these bars with Poppy (a dupe of the Coach scent of the same name) by BA (an amazing fragrance I will continue to use in less involved designs). I attempted an intricate swirl and knew I was in trouble when I had to PLOP my batter into the second pitcher. After mixing in the first color (an attempt and an Antique Rose) I realized my planned design was no applicable as the soap was already the consistency of set custard so I dumped everything back in the batch bowl and tried to at least get something usable out of it.... after slopping it into my individual bar mold as much as i could I stepped back and marveled at what I had made. this is when my brother walked in and asked why I had put Corned Beef Hash in soap molds..... -_- >.< xD rofl

So I present "Poppies Will Make Them EAT"

I added the Poppy Seeds and Salt to look like S&P on top... I'm just a little demented like that lol _DSC8101.JPG _DSC8103.JPG

@Lynnz I feel like that is a well worn phrase in soap making!! lol couple times now ive just stood over and glared at my "creation".... tis now much easier to sympathize with Dr. Frankenstein....

I just tried that scent too from BA. I love It! It did the same to me but I was just adding some poppy seeds for exfoliating & an activated charcoal pencil line, and it was a bastille soap so kinda slow to accelerate... but it was still quite thick when I put it in the mold. You still got a good looking bar of soap!
