Hi, @featherbird! Welcome. I've been away from the forum and the soap making only for about 9 months but I'm missing it so much.

Welcome! I spent the first 40 years of my life in Iowa and. Minnesota…..I feel your pain! (Or really, I understand that sometimes you DON’T feel the pain because you’re numb!!!!) I moved South and I like to blame it on my husband, but honestly I’m not gonna lie that I like that “cold” is 30 degrees!

if you’re willing to say, what part of MN are you in? I lived in Rochester for 18 years….you know, the tropics……
