I'm in Canada, so no freezer paper up here. I've been using parchment paper up until now. I was on vacation in Vermont and stocked up on 10 rolls of the freezer paper. It makes lining a mold sooo much easier and it's a lot thicker than parchment. At least I'll be good for a while now. The look on the cashiers face was priceless when she saw the 10 rolls lol !!

I'm amazed that you can't find freezer paper in Canada. What do hunters use to wrap up their meat?

You might try Amazon if you ever run out of your 10 rolls!

I think they would use kraft paper or butchers paper.

At $20 a roll with shipping ?
I go to the USA a couple of times a year so I'll stock up. I paid about $3.65 a roll.
