Hi ladies I just found out 3 weeks ago. I am going to be a grandma, For heaven sake. Not ready. But anyway. I am excited. Wanted to make cupcakes for baby shower. Does anyone have an idea. What FO I should purchase, besides baby powder. Help.

Sounds great! You're going to have a lot of fun getting ready. Rustic Escentuals has a scent called Baby Fresh which smells just like baby powder, IMO. I haven't used it yet so I don't know it performs in CP. However, it doesn't have vanillin in it so it shouldn't turn brown. I also don't think it will turn yellow because it's a very clear FO.

Congratulations, how exciting. When my daughter was pregnant with my first grandbaby we did all the cupcake soap favors in Fruity Rings and made them in Pink and White since we knew it was a girl. Her choice. I would have picked something fresh or with baby powder accents in it. Oh well. Everyone seemed to like them. You could also do a mix depending on how many people will be at the shower. Let the parent's pick it out that way you don't have to make the decision. Good Luck!!

If it's a girl, there's a gorgeous pink and gray bar tutorial on Brambleberry. You use rose clay for the pink and charcoal to get the gray, along with a rose fragrance. I used rose geranium. Very girly.

I think vanilla lavender is a nice combo.
