Fragrance Mists

Has anyone made/sold their own line of fragrance mists or perfumes? I am toying with the idea of making my own and am looking for information on the best base to use, etc. As well as where I can get some atomizers wholesale. Would appreciate any help or advice. Thanks.

Hi pink-north, on Rustic Escentuals they have an artisan's perfume base but, I have not used it before so I don't have any information on its performance. Also have you checked out Wholesale Supplies Plus for atomizers or Nature's Garden?
