Forgot to add Goat's Milk

I made soap this morning and reduced my water by 6 oz so that I could add Goat's milk at trace......but of course after I put everything in the mold and in the oven, I turned around to see my goat's milk sitting on the counter. Is my soap going to be Lye heavy now?

6 ozs. for a 5 lb. soap batch is not much. I'm sure it will be fine if all your other calculations are correct.

Did you read my post the other day? I did the same thing and had to remove soap from mould, lose my swirls and mix in the milk. Try adding your milk to oils as it works well and you don't forget. Your soap will probably be just fine.

That is a good idea, I will try to start adding the milk to the oils.
