I have been buying the premixed oils from nurturesoap. However, I don't have enough to do a whole loaf. I have oils available (other than the premixed) but I'm not sure which would be best to fill out the weight with.
Currently have Coconut Oil, Olive oil, Castor Oil, and Almond Oil.

Also how do I run it through the lye calculator since I'm not exactly sure on percentages that are left in the jug?

The percentages left in the jug are the same as they were for a whole jug.

If you are using the old blend I'm sure you could get the answer from customer service.

I would keep the coconut and castor oil % the same as your base and fill out the bulk with olive oil, or olive and lard if you like :) But really you can do whatever you want - playing around is fun, and ya get to know things.
You could just run this through soapcalc as its own recipe and add it to the recipe they give you for your premixed oils if that is easier.

Weight out what you have left. The percentages for the blend are listed on her site. Go to Soap Calc. Put in the weight you have left, now plug in the percentage for each oil in soap calc. Now you will know the exact weight of each oil you have left in your jug. Now you know what you are working with. :D

While cmzaha is probably right, that is too much mathing for me. I would weigh the jug and put that total in soap calc as lard. That's a good middle-of-the-pack oil in terms of SAP value. Then I'd build a recipe to make up the rest of the amount needed. 7% superfat, just to cover the bases.

Or get your Michael's or Joann's 40% off coupon and buy a some cute silicone individual molds.

It really is not a lot of math and the method can come in very handy if you mess up a batch like I am known to do at times. Soap calc does the math.
But your way certainly does work to just pour cute little soapies in individual molds.
