Hello all,
We’ve had a lot of luck with this mold and enjoy using it as it saves boatloads of time for us. However, I really hate dealing with petroleum jelly to adhere the Mylar and seal the corners. Has anyone discovered any alternate tricks?
If not, how do you most effectively clean the jelly? It’s such a mess for me.
In addition, I’m considering swapping out using jelly in the base for silicone instead. At the moment, I have the grooves filled with jelly and wrap in seran wrap so I dont have to do this step repeatedly. But still have to redo it every 4-5 batches as it melts along the sides. Thoughts?
Thanks!
