This is really funny. I learned long ago that an exposed belly means blood and agony. I ignore the invitation of the belly rub. Ha! He's not sucking me into that vortex of slashes, screams and curses again no matter how adorable he looks.
 
I have 4 kitties and one of them allows belly rubs with out pain about 75% of the time, But if it happens to fall into that other 25% OMG flee for your life
