Essentials by Catalina is having a surplus sale on some FOs. Most are in 4 lb increments, priced at around $5.00/lb. I've not tried any of them, and there aren't reviews on many of their fragrances (this is a sister company of Elements). Four pounds of any FO is too much for me, but if you can use this quantity, and are willing to gamble, this is an incredible price. For what it's worth, I've used a verbena from there, but not in CP. It was strong, and very nice.
