FO Percent Usage in Lotion

I am getting three natural FOs from Bulk Apothecary and they didn't have any usage rates listed on the website, so I contacted the company and asked them what they are and the percentages seem pretty high to me. The rates only have maximums, not low, medium, and high recommendations like I'm used to seeing from a lot of the bigger companies. Would you do the full maximum rate in lotion or would you just go for a standard percent lower than that?

The usage rates they gave me are:
Coconut Ginger Almond -- 4.27% max
Rosemary Grapefruit Lime -- 7.25% max
Cedarwood Sage -- 6.06% max

I am typically at 1% in lotions, but I don't like strong scents.

I limit scents to 1% or less in lotions.

Just to chime in, I'm the same as @AliOop and @Mobjack Bay.

I'm with the others about scenting lotions, lip balm, lotion bars, etc. with a very light hand. Learned that one the hard way!

I can't think of anything I'd scent at more than 1.5% and I normally scent around 0.5% to 1%.

I'm so glad I don't have to use 7.25% like that one fragrance has as the max usage rate. Number one, that sounded like way too much, and number two, I'm so happy that I don't have to pay for that much fragrance oil!

I usually scent lotions up to 0.8 or 1% max for body lotions, and up to 1.8% for massage bars.

I use 1% as well. It always makes me so happy to use so little FO….unlike with soap when you use what feels like SO MUCH…only to have it sometimes not even stick!
