FO Modifier

I am trying to make some Room & Linen Sprays.

I am using FO Modifier from WSP 4 ounces mixed with 1 ounce of FO (4 to 1 as recommended by WSP).

I am adding 3 grams of this mixture to 8 ounces of distilled water.

My question:
This works with many FO and becomes clear, but some mixtures remain cloudy.
Is there anything I can do to clear up this cloudiness?

Am I doing this correctly?

When I calulated 1% of 8 oz it turned out to be .08 oz which converts into 2.268 oz. Try rounding the amount down to 2.2 grams.

When I checked the ingredients info for fragrance modifier, it stated "fragrance." That means it is a trade secret. Usually if Polysorbate 20 in the primary ingredient, it is listed.
