Flat bath bombs

I typicallly make pretty decent bath bombs, but the last few batches....they literally go flat. The bottoms flatten out when they are on the rack drying. I use a baking rack...

Are they too wet? Too heavy?

I'm at a loss. Any suggestions on what could be the matter?

I would say that they are probably too wet. That's what happens to mine when they are too wet when I un mold them.
