and I am really sick to my stomach today. I am sure it is nerves knowing my mom is never going to forgive me. Yet I am doing it for her. For two weeks now I have been telling her I have taken care of some checks investment checks and was able to re-invest them into another account since my sister talked her into closing her trust account and opening a joint account with my sister. And we wonder why I am doing what I am. My sister keeps taking her to the bank trying to cash checks that have been taken care of.

Now I pray I win this conservatorship.

I truly hope once it is all said and done she will forgive you--I give you a lot of credit cuz the same crap went on with my dad and my nephew and I tried to get him to come live with us but he wouldn't and I just dropped it but at the end (when it was too late) he believed what my nephew had been pulling, he figured it out on his own---but like I said it was to late and he died a couple weeks later. I hope you win the conservatorship too!!!
So you are getting to visit with your mom then?? or at least talking to her even if it is just financial stuff?

Yes, I do go over there now. My sister violated the terms of the Order of Protection she had against me so it is no longer viable. I take someone with me or a police escort mainly to irritate her.

Carolyn, I commend you on your strength and courage doing this. You are doing what's right for you mom. I'm sure she'll be fine when all is said and done. I know in my heart you will win this.
