Oh wow! Thank you so much! I couldn’t think of a better soap to come second to. All of the entries were totally amazing and up until this challenge I had never even thought of a patterned scrubby soap, so it’s expanded my horizons in that regard.

Well-done, everyone! I loved seeing all the fantastic creativity in these soaps, and the stories that went with how/why they were all made. What fun to make practical, functional products into works of art!

@Vicki C, my children all think your stone soaps look like cookies! We are transitioning into a lifestyle change in our diet, and while they all seem to prefer the healthier alternatives, their minds are on sweets!
@artemis, your soap reminds me of my favorite cookies & cream ice cream. I guess the children aren't the only ones fixated on sweets!
@CLMP, I just love the colors and layers in your soap. Sounds like that batch gave you quite a challenge!
@2lilboots and @justsomeguy, I love the blues with browns in your soaps! One of my sons picked your soaps as his favorites.
@akseattle, your soap was one of the top picks in our household. Such pretty colors and swirls!
@bookworm42, your salt soap is colored perfectly, and looks luxurious.
Every single single soap, whether entered or not, is fantastic!

I absolutely love reading all of the stories that have surfaced about Mount Saint Helens, especially those from @ackosel sharing them with her children. 
The kiwi soap blew my mind, @KiwiMoose! The colors! And the photography! Are you using an app to isolate your soap from the background? The green positively glows with the black kiwi seeds!
I never really looked at the tiger stripe technique before seeing your beautiful entry, @Mobjack Bay. Stunning!
I hope to go back later today and comment on everyone’s entry because they all offer unique and beautiful inspiration to all of us.

I know, I'm a glutton for punishment... I can't wait to see if the March challenge is something I am capable of attempting. I'll have to have it done before our new baby arrives in the middle of the month, or I'll be out! Thank you, @AliOop for all the work you put into this challenge!

Thank you @ScentimentallyYours ! I used a white background/backdrop and a regular canon SLR camera outside on the patio table. No special effects.What a fantastic and fun challenge! Thank you @AliOop.

Yes, outdoors on the patio table works great for lighting, doesn’t it? I don’t have a SLR camera, but my iPhone works well for my general use. What do you use for your white backdrop @KiwiMoose? On earlier pics I had used a roll of white paper. I could unroll it partway, drape from the table to something higher for the background, take the pics, then roll the paper back up to put it away. If it got damaged or dirty, I could cut it off and have fresh paper.

I use 1 or 2 pieces of dollar store white poster board. It wipes clean easily, and stores well next to the gap between my desk and the wall (along with the black ones, and all my Cricut mats).
I do have to put something behind it to prop it up; that’s usually a nearby container that is tall enough, heavy enough, and close by.
May
Maybe I need to upgrade from a pillow case or bath robe...
