fading colors

I can't figure out why my colors are suddenly fading. They start out bright and by the next day they are faded after I have covered it and it went through gel. Could it be it is getting too hot? .

Its normal for colors to become more pastel once soap sets, since the color of soaps is usually a light color - so it mutes the colors even if you gel

What kind of colorant are you using? That will play a role in how fast your colors fade. Useage rates will also effect the results.

Now I'm thinking the fading and soap becoming dark is the fault of the fragrance. Hope that't all it is!!
