EU regulations an selling M&P

Hi everyone,

Do you need an assessment if you use ready made Melt and Pour soap base to make your own soaps in the EU?
I use M&P for some embeds in my soaps. I would love some input from EU soapers on this matter

I'm an American soap maker, but I know that the answer is yes...whether you are making soap from scratch or are using a premade soap, it still has to be assessed to make sure the soap meets all guidelines.
