EoS considered need for license

I am not having any luck with peppermint and cinnamon so if I used essential oils would it be considered a drug now? Thanks also any good cinnamon peppermint and vanilla out there? Any good deals out there on FO's ?

It wouldn't however both of those are skin sensitizers and I've heard some nasty stories of people using it in the shower in delicate areas with a great deal of discomfort..... Just a head's up...
